September Clearance Event – Other Participating Brands Offer Terms and Conditions

1. The September Clearance Event Offer is available on eligible new and demonstrator vehicles from participating non-Ford brands purchased and delivered between 1 September 2026 and 30 September 2026, inclusive.
2. Eligible customers will receive:
   a. the eligible vehicle’s first scheduled service free; and
   b. a $750 Trade-In Bonus when trading an eligible vehicle.
3. The Offer is available to retail customers only. Fleet, government, rental and wholesale buyers are excluded.

First Scheduled Service Free

1. The free first service:
   a. applies to the first scheduled service listed in the vehicle manufacturer’s servicing schedule;
   b. must be booked and completed at the dealership where the eligible vehicle was purchased;
   c. must be completed within the manufacturer’s applicable time or kilometre interval, whichever occurs first; and
   d. covers the standard labour, parts and fluids ordinarily included in the manufacturer’s first scheduled service.
   e. Must be redeemed by 31st Decemeber 2027.
2. The free first service does not cover repairs, tyres, batteries, accessories, additional maintenance, wear-and-tear items, accident damage, cosmetic work or work outside the manufacturer’s standard first scheduled service requirements. Any additional products or work requested by the customer will be charged separately.
3. The free first service is subject to workshop and parts availability. It applies only to the eligible vehicle purchased under the Offer and cannot be transferred to another person, vehicle or dealership.
4. The free first service is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If it is not used within the manufacturer’s applicable service interval, no refund, payment or replacement benefit will be provided.

$750 Trade-In Bonus

1. The $750 Trade-In Bonus will be applied in addition to the dealership’s agreed valuation of one eligible trade-in vehicle.
2. The trade-in vehicle must:

a. be presented for appraisal and accepted by the dealership;
b. be owned by the customer, or the customer must have lawful authority to sell it;
c. be capable of clear title being transferred to the dealership, including the satisfactory settlement of any finance owing; and
d. not be, and never have been, recorded as a repairable write-off or statutory write-off on an Australian written-off vehicle register.

1. The customer must disclose any known accident or flood damage, mechanical faults, odometer discrepancies, modifications, finance owing or written-off vehicle history.
2. The trade-in vehicle must be delivered in substantially the same condition as when it was appraised, allowing for reasonable use and kilometres. The dealership may reassess or decline the trade-in if its condition, ownership, history or finance position changes, or if the information supplied by the customer is incomplete or incorrect.
3. The Trade-In Bonus is available only when the eligible trade-in vehicle and purchased vehicle form part of the same completed transaction. If the purchase or trade-in does not proceed, the Trade-In Bonus will not be paid.

General Conditions

1. Limit of one Offer, one free first service and one Trade-In Bonus per eligible vehicle purchased. The Offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash and cannot be used with another offer, discount or promotion unless approved by the dealership in writing.
2. The dealership may verify customer and vehicle eligibility and request supporting documents. The Offer may be changed or withdrawn before the dealership enters into a binding contract with the customer. An eligible Offer included in an accepted contract will be honoured subject to these terms.
3. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
