Terms & Conditions – Cumberland Suzuki Fiji Trip Giveaway

1. Eligibility:
   1.1 Offer is valid to private buyers only.
   1.2 Fleet, rental, and government buyers are excluded from this promotion.
2. Promotion Period:
   2.1 Offer valid on new and demonstrator Suzuki vehicles purchased from 1st July to 30th September 2025.
   2.2 Vehicle must be paid in full and delivered by 30th September 2025 to qualify for entry.
3. Entry Criteria:
   3.1 Each eligible vehicle purchase within the promotional period equates to one (1) entry into the draw.
   3.2 Entries are automatically submitted upon full payment and confirmed vehicle delivery.
4. Prize Details:
   4.1 One (1) winner will receive a twin share trip to Fiji for two people.
   4.2 Any changes to the holiday booking (including travel dates, upgrades, or extensions) are at the cost of the winner.
   4.3 Travel insurance is mandatory for both the winner and their nominated travel companion for the full duration of the trip, and proof must be provided to Cumberland Suzuki prior to departure.
   4.4 Anything not expressly included in the prize package (including additional activities, meals, spending money, visa fees, or other expenses) is the responsibility of the winner.
   4.5 The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable.
   4.6 Cumberland Suzuki will not be held liable for any illness, injury, loss, delay, or other incident that may occur during the trip.
5. Travel Requirements:
   5.1 The winner and their travel companion must each hold a valid passport with at least six (6) months’ validity from the date of travel.
   5.2 It is the winner’s responsibility to obtain any required travel visas and meet all entry requirements for Fiji.
6. Bonus Entry – Social Media (Instagram Only):
   6.1 Customers can receive one (1) additional entry into the draw by sharing a photo of their vehicle delivery on Instagram.
   6.2 The post must tag @cumbosuzuki, be shared within the promotional period (1 July – 30 September 2025), and the customer's Instagram profile must be public.
   6.3 Posts must remain public and viewable until Saturday 18th October 2025 to be eligible.
   6.4 Only one bonus entry per eligible vehicle purchase will be accepted.
7. Bonus Entry – Dealer Finance:
   7.1 Customers who finance their vehicle purchase through dealer-arranged finance will receive one (1) bonus entry, for a maximum of two (2) entries per transaction (including the Instagram bonus).
   7.2 Bonus entries are provided solely as a reward for financing through the dealership and do not constitute a requirement for entry. Participation in finance is entirely optional and not required to enter the promotion.
   7.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms or provides false information.
8. Draw & Winner Announcement:
   8.1 The competition will be drawn on Friday 17th October 2025.
   8.2 The winner will be contacted directly via phone call and email.
   8.3 The winner will also be publicly announced on Cumberland Suzuki’s Instagram page and website.
   8.4 The winner will then arrange a suitable time to attend the dealership to book the holiday.
9. Media & Promotion Consent:
   9.1 By entering the competition, the winner agrees to have their photo taken when visiting the dealership to book the holiday.
   9.2 The winner also agrees to provide photos from their trip to Fiji.
   9.3 These images may be used by Cumberland Suzuki for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes, both online and in print. Participation in the promotion signifies consent to this use.
10. General Conditions:
    10.1 Cumberland Suzuki reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
    10.2 Cumberland Suzuki reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
    10.3 The decision of Cumberland Suzuki in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
